Terms of Use

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms cover your use of The Sleepy Labs (thesleepylabs.com), including the Good Feeds restaurant finder and the photo galleries. The site is a personal, non-commercial project run by Lucas in New South Wales, Australia. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You're welcome to browse, use Good Feeds and share links to the site. Please don't:

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk or republish the Good Feeds place data, or use automated tools to pull it from the site or its API;
  • try to overload, break into, disrupt or get around the security of the site or its servers;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other people or the businesses listed.

We may block access that looks automated or abusive.

2. Good Feeds information

Good Feeds is a free guide built from publicly available business listings. Ratings, review counts, opening hours, prices, parking, typical busy times and other details come from third-party sources and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. The information is general only, so check directly with the venue before you rely on it, especially for allergies, dietary needs, accessibility, bookings or opening times.

A place being listed, or not listed, isn't a recommendation, review or endorsement by us. Listed businesses haven't paid for or approved their listing. Business owners can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed. See the Privacy Policy.

3. Content and copyright

The photos, videos, text and design of this site belong to Lucas / The Sleepy Labs unless stated otherwise. You can view and share links to them, but please don't reuse, edit or republish them without permission. Just ask.

Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors. The Sleepy Labs isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Instagram, Stripe or any listed business.

4. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, venue websites, Instagram and Stripe's checkout. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.

5. Support and donations

Supporting the site through the Support me page is completely optional. It's a voluntary contribution, not a purchase, and doesn't come with any goods, services or extra features. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms, and Stripe's checkout shows the amount before you pay.

6. No guarantees and liability

The site is provided free and "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information, including the details shown in Good Feeds. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

7. Changes

We may change or remove parts of the site, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions? Email the email address on our Contact page or get in touch.
